Introduction
Welcome to the website of VFS Global Services Pvt. Limited (here in after for the sake of brevity referred to as VFS Global). Customers and users are urged to read the following user terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy, and the use of this website and services provided herein are subject to acceptance of the same.
VFS Global provides logistic and Visa Processing services to users applying for a US Visa in India from the US Consulate and is responsible only for the following:

Receiving from applicants supporting documentation (collectively, the "Documents") and the applicable fees, and returning the passports to applicants across the counter in person or by courier to an address provided by the applicant on the visa form or to such identified point of delivery as determined by VFS Global. |

Submitting the Documents to the US Embassy/Consulate in India (the “Embassy / Consulate”), on behalf of the applicants. |

Applicants are urged not to approach or use services of unauthorized persons, entities and touts. Applicants are also advised against divulging any information relating to payment receipts, passport particulars and related details to third persons. Applicants alone will be responsible for any resultant consequences and may also become liable for appropriate prosecutions and liabilities.
User Terms and Conditions
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to ask for further documents, information and material to assess the applications and in its own discretion decide on the basis of such information, material and documents submitted or furnished.
The grant or refusal of a US visa is the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. VFS Global is neither involved in the process nor is it liable for any decision nor is it responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or granting or rejecting the visa as this is the sole prerogative of the Embassy/Consulate
While VFS Global takes every reasonable care and precaution in handling and delivering the Documents of users, VFS Global shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Documents, in any manner howsoever. Further, VFS Global shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to any applicant or applicants for any documents lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (acts of God) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of any willful act or default by VFS Global. VFS Global does not warrant or guarantee the delivery of the Documents, material or information as a user or users may require, but will extend and provide services to the extent and to the points as notified and communicated to a user or users.
The use of www.vfs-usa.co.in is at the discretion of VFS Global and use by anyone may be restricted or terminated by VFS Global at anytime.
VFS Global engages third party couriers/courier company/ies for the receipt and delivery of documents to users and to the Embassy/Consulate and to missions. The applicant agrees and accepts that the courier acceptance and delivery service through which the documents are received or returned to users by VFS Global is operated by a third-party. VFS Global does not control or operate any courier company, neither does it control or operate any facility or service provided by the courier company.
VFS Global expressly disclaims any and all liability for any loss or damage caused to the user in the event that his/her Documents are delayed/misplaced/lost/damaged by the courier company, whether such delay/misplacement/loss/damage results from negligence, accident or any other cause. In no event shall VFS Global and/or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever due to such delay/misplacement/loss/damage of the Documents, including the user’s passport. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the liability of VFS Global, if any in case a passport is lost or damaged in transit, is limited/restricted to the reimbursement of the amount of fees charged by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India or such authority as applicable, for the replacement of a lost/damaged passport through normal application procedure. Such reimbursement of the fee amount will be made by VFS Global to a user or users only on the presentation by a user or users of the payment receipt issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India or such authority as applicable.
By using the services available from the domain and sub-domains of the Site, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions, including those available by hyperlink (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") with VFS Global and the website/s of its affiliate/s, joint venture partner/s, agencies, subsidiaries and clients. If you reside outside India, you are contracting with VFS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., its affiliate/s, joint venture partner/s, agencies, subsidiaries and clients and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. Before you proceed to use the services provided by VFS Global and its affiliates, joint venture partners, agencies, subsidiaries, and clients, you must read and accept all terms and conditions in, and linked to, the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy to be able to proceed further to utilize the services provided by VFS Global Services Pvt. Ltd. VFS Global strongly recommends that, as you read the User Agreement, you also access and read the linked information
Do not use the Site if you cannot or are barred from entering into legally binding contracts or you are under the age of 18 or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended or prohibited from or accessing or using this or the linked sites as may be applicable;
By accepting the User Agreement, you agree that your use of VFS Global website and websites related and linked to VFS Global Website will be governed by the user agreement/s and privacy policies posted on that website/s with such changes and modifications as may be made from time to time.
